Blood+Honey is a new literary magazine that revels in the experimental and avant-garde that soothes the unquiet mind.

Blood+Honey seeks to provide its readers the best in experimental and avant-garde poetry, fiction, and CNF. We publish accepted pieces on an ongoing basis throughout the day, the week, the month, the year (starting June 1, 2025).
We seek works that are innovative, compelling, and well-written, that test the limits of the imagination by stepping one foot into the realm of (im)possibility, while keeping the other planted on solid ground .
We love the absurd, the existential, the surreal. Or move beyond the banality of life and give us a taste of the ugly, some kitchen sink realism. We’re mad for it all!
Make us see the world we’ve come to know in all its varied layers. Surprise us.
